I’m a Chicago-based yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Hatha through Amara Yoga & Arts. My approach is shaped by modern dance, Alexander Technique, and training with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators International—so the work is somatic, choice-based, and rooted in actually listening to your body.
Classes are mobility-focused and a little challenging, but never forced. I’m interested in helping you feel more at home in your body—strong, aware, and empowered in how you move.
I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Slow Flow, Restorative, and hand balancing. It’s a space where play is encouraged, where you can try things, back off, explore, and figure out what feels good for you.
